Good morning. We had glorious weather this past weekend and spent most of it outdoors which always feels nice. We accomplished absolutely nothing around the house but that’s not always a bad thing. Our basement is coming along at a record snail’s pace but I figure eventually we will get there. Wrapping up the week with the Monday Morning Wrap Up.
BEAUTY OF SPRING
Spring is here and these hydrangeas are insanely beautiful. They belong to our neighbor so I get to enjoy them every time we go on a walk. Just so pretty.
NEW LOCAL SPOT
We love trying new spots around town. This past weekend we met some friends at Mi Kitchen in Franklin and it’s fantastic. Five stars from all of us. If you are in the area, definitely put it on your list (you’ll need a reservation).
OUR WINE CHILLER
I hosted a party planning session at my home for a few senior moms and had out our wine chiller. If you don’t already have one, it’s really great. The small disk that goes in the bottom is kept in your freezer so you are always ready to go if you need to chill a bottle. It keeps it cold for hours. A great gift idea, too.
PRETTY GROUNDCOVER
When we were out on a walk this weekend we saw this pretty spot. We lost much of our landscaping in the great freeze so we are slowly planting things. This ground cover might be just what we need in a few places. So pretty and adds tons of color.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING
We’ve loved this console table for over a year now. Great outdoor piece that comes in handy when you entertain or just for storage. It’s now $100 off making it $197. The baskets below hold so much. The planters are a fantastic deal. Look of concrete but lightweight and $20. I put a brick or large rock in mine to weigh it down. The hydrangeas, while they look fake, are real. And we use these towels for our hot tub.
SUCH GREAT MARKDOWNS
The Target Circle sale is significant. Such good savings. These shams (that come with super comfortable inserts) are normally $45 and now $31.50. The cover can be removed and washed. We LOVE them. I just ordered two in white. And this blanket looks great and the foot of any bed for that layered look. It’s normally $59 which is great but with the sale it’s $41.50! It has a very high end look and feel.

There are so many great deals. We have many of these and highly recommend.
